So here in The Heart of Texas, we have an area in our community suffering due to a large pile of tires and trash that harbors moosquitos, rats and snakes etc.  After watching the situation from a distance of how the City, County, State and State government agencies have not been able to resolve the problem for several years, it's time for we the people to come together and resolve this situation.  It's the right thing todo and together, this bad situation can be resolved without a large costs to any one individual or government entity.
